Intuitive Training classes are coached with zero emphasis on weight loss or diet culture. Instead, we focus on hitting performance goals and building functional strength that makes motherhood easier and more enjoyable.

Improve your pelvic floor symptoms and reestablish core strength under the guidance of a Prenatal and Postpartum Certified Personal Trainer.
Over 90% of people who attend The Core Recovery Course report improvement in symptoms like diastasis recti, prolapse, pelvic pain, back pain, and accidental leakage.

We learn so much about healing from birth and returning to movement by being around other mothers.

Babies and children are always welcome to accompany you at any Intuitive Training class, because motherhood should never be a barrier to movement, strength, or community.

Thursday mornings
The core recovery course
A small-group postpartum return-to-exercise program. This is the recommended class for moms who are exercising for the first time since giving birth or those actively navigating pelvic floor symptoms.

Monday mornings, Wednesday afternoons, & Wednesday evenings
Move Like a Mother
A whole-body strength and conditioning class for people who are postpartum or pregnant. The energy in this class is high, the music is bumpin, and the workout is customizable so you can decide your level of intensity.

A baby & child-friendly yoga class designed to help you take a breath amidst the waves of motherhood.

A child-led, play-based movement class for kids (and their grown up!).
