Join us for a baby-friendly, strength-focused exercise class! We'll do a light warmup, a fun and energizing workout, and a little mobility work before finishing up with coffee and community time.
Babies are welcome, but they're not required! If you want a baby-free workout just for you, feel free to come solo!
Babywearing modifications will be coached.
The workout will be programmed for both pregnant and postpartum people. If postpartum, participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider.
Class will be coached by Tess Ajax.
This class will be limited to 16 participants - save your spot!
